Hello RHS Band Families,
Each year we hold a Band Family Meet & Greet…this is a fun event which provides an opportunity for old and new band parents to meet and mingle, and to hear a few words of welcome from the RHS Band Directors and staff, and the RHSBPA Board as well. It is also a great opportunity to learn about the different ways you can get involved or support the band program.
So that we can have more parents attend this year, we will have two Meet & Greet events!
Please join us on one OR both of the following dates:
- Saturday, 8/24 at 10 AM in the RHS Band Room, I-101. Bagels, pastries and coffee will be served. This is at the designated drop-off time for NEW marchers on the first day of Band Camp.
AND/OR
- Sunday, 8/25 at 7:30 PM in the RHS Main Lobby area. Ice Cream will be served. This is soon before pick-up for Band Camp. The kids will be joining us for an Ice Cream Social when rehearsal ends
NEW MARCHER PARENTS AND 8TH GRADE SOUND PARENTS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO JOIN US FOR ONE OR BOTH EVENTS!
