Hello all.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to come to our first Classic meeting last night. I am so grateful to everyone for all the efforts you have put forth so far to make this event a success. We are really “moving and grooving” and have already checked off a lot of the boxes on the to do list!

We are still in need of the following positions to be filled:

1. Photographer (need a back up in case students do not work out)
2. Announcer (the show can not go on without one!)

We have put several calls out to get extra lights. If anyone knows of a company that could help provide them, please let me know ASAP.

Our program is well on its way to being filled! Remember student ads are due no later than September 13th.

We are still accepting donations and any little bit helps! The following are items that we need for the day:

large candy bars
Skittles
Swedish Fish
Sour Patch Kids
Gatorade (larger bottles)
soda (in cans)
chips (preferably the larger sized bags)
water
Goldfish
Chex Mix
Cheez-Its
hot chocolate (in packets)
foil sheets (pre cut)
plastic utensils
napkins
ketchup
mustard
honey mustard
BBQ sauce

We also need more volunteers to sign up for time slots throughout the day to help out. It really does take a village to run this event! Here is the link to sign up:

Please also remember when signing up, you must be 18 years or older to work parking and handle cash sales (includes tickets and concessions). Current RHS students that need volunteer hours are more than welcome to help as well!

Our next meeting will be Wednesday September 11, 2024 at 7:30 pm in the band room. This will be a time to discuss any updates and share progress on where we stand. We would really like one family member from each family to attend. This will help us gain more volunteers!
