In the spirit of the end of the season, Mr. Conrad has asked for a team of volunteers to help clean both the band closet and equipment sheds. We need a team of about 10 people, to make fast and efficient work. We will meet at the school on Saturday, November 16th from 10 am until 2pm. We will be emptying both the closet and sheds to “rearrange” and get ready for the winter storage months. If anyone has extra storage bins lying around, we could always use a few more! No sign up is necessary, but if you are available to help that day, any help would be appreciated.
As a reminder, the deadline to register for the end of season dinner is Sunday, November 10th. Here is the link to register: Band DInner. If you decide to pay cash, you can submit your payment at registration. A Sign Up Genius will be coming out later this week for anyone interested in helping out that night. If there is anyone with any dietary needs, please email me directly so that I can make sure we have the proper food.
