Good Evening Band Parent Family:
I hope you are enjoying a fantastic Friday under the full “harvest moon.”
I have some exciting news to share with you. Next Friday, October 25th is the marching band Senior Night. We have also been given permission by Mr. Mason to perform our halftime show for the football audience. This is a wonderful opportunity for the community to see our full show, as well as a perfect chance for recruitment for the 2025 season!
Here’s what we need, as the night needs to run quickly and smoothly.
1. Senior parents will meet in the end zone, prior to the performance. When the kids leave the stands, that is your cue to leave with them! I will line you up alphabetically, where you can then go onto the track to watch the Marching Gaels perform up close!
2. Any non-senior parents will need to be recruited to help push equipment on the field as if it were a show day. We have limited time and it will be great practice for the Rutgers show the following day.
3. As the Marching Gaels finish their performance, Seniors will meet up with their families to walk onto the field to be recognized.
Below are the two sign ups pertaining to Friday night. The first sign up is to help push equipment on/off the field. The second sign up is for Senior families.

Senior Spotlight (Please make sure you list your child’s name first, followed by any and all family members that will be walking on the field!)
As a reminder, tomorrow’s competition is in Verona. Parking can be challenging. Our performance time is 7pm.
Looking forward to all the amazing things coming in the next two weeks for our Marching Gaels. Don’t forget to bring the cheering squad and all the noise! And, as always, if you have any questions, please reach out to me directly.
Thanks!
