Message from Jeffrey Conrad, Director of Bands, RHS

Hello Band Families…

If your student is enrolled in band class for the 2024-2025 school year or if your student plans on participating in marching band, indoor guard or indoor percussion, then you are automatically part of the RHS Band Parents Association (RHS BPA). This organization supports ALL band students in every aspect of our band program. With the help and assistance of our wonderful parents, we fundraise, volunteer and help run events for our students throughout the year.

HERE, you will find materials to apply for a position with the 2024-2025 RHSBPA as either an Elected Officer or as a member or head of a BPA Committee. For those of you with students returning next fall, I strongly encourage you to get involved to help us support the endeavors of all our students! We are in DESPERATE need of more involvement from our families (especially next year’s 9/10/11 grade families). If we do not increase participation in our organization, then we will be unable to provide the support needed for marching band, indoor guard, indoor percussion as well as financial assistance for all activities and trips. YOUR help and support is 100 % necessary for our success!!!

IMPORTANT: WE ARE IN NEED OF A NEW PRESIDENT FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR. If you think you may be interested, PLEASE contact Mr. Conrad directly to answer any questions you may have!!!! OUR ORGANIZATION CANNOT FUNCTION WITHOUT A PRESIDENT!!!!

Please return all applications directly to Mr. Conrad no later than June 25th. Anyone returning to a position should apply again each school year.
