Hello everyone!
Now that band camp is over, we can turn our attention fully to the Classic. As we mentioned at the Friends and Family show, it takes many hands to make the day run smoothly.
You are all invited to our first official Classic meeting on September 4th at 7:30pm in the band room. This will be an opportunity to go over all the jobs again, fill in the gaps we have, and “get the ball rolling” to make this event a success.
As of now, we need chairs for the following:
Tickets
50/50
Judges hospitality suite
Photographer
Announcer
Friends, family, teachers, etc. are welcome to help. We will never turn anyone away (unless you are under 18 and want to handle cash or parking!).
Enjoy the long Labor Day weekend. Hopefully we will see many of you at the first football game on Friday!
